Public offer for the MixMedia service
Effective: 08.10.2026. This document takes effect once published on this page.
This document is a public offer under article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. You accept it by registering or by using the service, including topping up your balance (article 438).
1. Parties
1.1. Provider: Lyubov Vladimirovna Kravtsova, TIN 232306409279, self-employed (professional income tax payer), e-mail: aimixmedia@yandex.ru, Telegram support: @supAIMMediabot.
1.2. The customer is any person with legal capacity who accepts this offer (the "User").
2. Subject
2.1. The Provider gives access to MixMedia (the mixmedia.tech website, the REST API, and the Telegram and VK bots): AI image and video generation on the User's request, plus history, API keys and support.
2.2. Generation is performed by third-party AI model providers. Results depend on the prompt and on the models; an exact match to the User's expectations is not guaranteed.
2.3. A generation is delivered once its result is available to the User — on the site, via the API or in a bot.
3. Registration and access
3.1. Sign in with an e-mail address or through Telegram, GitHub, Yandex, Google or VK.
3.2. The User keeps the account and the API keys private and does not share them.
4. Balance and payment
4.1. Generations are paid from a prepaid balance. Top up in rubles via YooKassa (Russian bank card, SBP, SberPay) or in US dollars via Lava.top. Current prices are on the Prices page and may change; a generation already started keeps the price it started at.
4.2. The price of a generation is reserved on the balance when it starts. If a generation fails on the service's side, the reserved amount returns to the balance automatically, and unused seconds of per-second video are refunded too.
4.3. New users may receive a starter gift — its size is shown on the site (at the time of this version, 50 ₽ when the gift is enabled). The gift works on Nano Banana and Nano Banana 2 only; any top-up unlocks every model.
4.4. Subscribing to the channel and inviting friends may earn separate bonuses, shown in the interface.
4.5. Card data is processed by the payment provider and is never received or stored by the Provider. YooKassa top-ups get a receipt.
4.6. A refund of the balance to a card or account is available where the service was not delivered through the Provider's fault or where the law requires it. Write to aimixmedia@yandex.ru. Bonus amounts are not refundable.
5. The User's obligations
5.1. Do not upload or request unlawful content: copyright infringement, sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence or extremism, other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
5.2. The User is responsible for the lawfulness of their prompts and for how they use the results.
5.3. The Provider may restrict access and block the account if these terms are broken.
6. Liability
6.1. The service is provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for outages of third-party AI model providers or payment services, nor for the content of generation results.
6.2. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount the User actually paid in the last 30 days, except where the law forbids such a limit.
7. Personal data
7.1. Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. By accepting this offer the User confirms they have read it.
8. Term and changes
8.1. This offer is open-ended. The Provider may change it by publishing a new version on this page; changes do not affect services already paid for and delivered.
8.2. The law of the Russian Federation applies. Disputes go to negotiation first, then to court as provided by the law of the Russian Federation.
